The Process
How to order your occasion cake from The Caking Sisters
Step One
Please fill in our enquiry form. This includes all the information we need to get started.
When we receive your enquiry, we will review your information and reply, confirming your date is available along with initial approximate pricing options.
Step Two
If you decide you would like to book with us, please reply by sending any inspiration images you have via email, also confirming the size you would like and your flavor choice.
You will then receive a confirmed costing and an invoice with a link to pay your deposit, which secures your booking.
Step Three
One week before you collect, we will check in to confirm the design and timing of the collection.
The full balance of the cake will also be due at this time and is payable using the link sent to you via invoice.
